The Flats at South Park dental office makes three Dayton locations
Cleveland Dental Institute’s dental office at ‘The Flats’ joins our original Dayton location inside of Miami Valley Hospital and our Dayton Children’s location to mark our third office in the city. The Flats at South Park dental office is located right on the corner of Cline Street and Warren and is just a block from the main hospital.
CDI continues to expand throughout the state of Ohio with this newest location making eleven offices. Other locations include Akron, Columbus, Shaker Square, Shaker Heights, Ashtabula, Dayton, Garfield Heights, Reynoldsburg, Ashtabula, and Cleveland at Lee-Harvard.

Cleveland Dental Institute’s new location offers most of our full suite of dental services, including routine cleanings and check-ups as well as more advanced procedures like tooth extraction, root canals, dental implants, teeth whitening, bridges, fillings, and more.

CDI Garfield Heights is located at 448 Warren St. Dayton, OH 45402, on the corner of the building next to the UPS Store. The location hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:30am to 5:30pm. This office is currently closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
