CDI Insurance and C.O.D.E. Program
CDI is happy to accept Medicaid, PPO plans, and even private pay. We understand that sometimes insurance can be confusing. Often it is very difficult to understand exactly what procedures are covered, how much the company will pay, deductible amounts, coverage periods, co-pays, etc. CDI is here to help with any financial questions or concerns.
Simply ask our Patient Care Coordinators when you schedule your appointment to walk you through the whole process.
C.O.D.E. Membership Program
CDI has developed a 3-tier dental program that can be offered to individuals, employers, and community organizations. Our objective is to act as a unique alternative to traditional dental insurance plans which have grown costly and complex. As a C.O.D.E. member, you and your dependents will be eligible for deep discounted pricing on all procedures done at any CDI practice.
